We've been hammering away at creating rides and events in the Northwest since 1999 and we've hit our share of road closures and construction projects along the way. Enough so we were prompted to create this page that will allow you to drill down and find out what's going on in the places you want to ride.

1. Start with the DOT sites for each state. These will typically advise you about what's going on with interstate and state routes.

2. Research the counties you plan to travel through, especially if you plan to use tertiary roads. Some county sites are more detailed than others. If you're planning an event such as a poker run, look for road projects listings. If you don't see any, pick up the phone and call that counties road department and inquire about planned or current projects.

3. If you're planning to ride into a national forest or national park use those links to help you along as well. These are especially helpful if you're planning to do any gravel travel. Again, some sites have far more detail than others so pick up the phone and call if the site is vague.
