About Us

In 1999 we had an idea. Create a magazine about motorcycling in the Pacific Northwest that unlocked all the information about where to ride, who the shops were and who the organizations were. But print magazines were destined to be a thing of the past, and so we brought forth the Pacific Northwest's first online motorcycle magazine.

Since then, Sound RIDER! has blossomed beyond just editorial reporting to include events promotion and an online store filled with items not available at most motorcycle shops.

The Magazine

Today our magazine provides readers with 5-10 new editorial pieces each month. Directories provide details about dealers, services, clubs and organizations. Our extensive calendar keeps riders busy all year long.

SR! Events

Producing any kind of media can be a one-way street. We wanted to reach out to our readers and provide them a series of events that were not available otherwise in the area. On-road and off-pavement tours, specialized rallies, and competitions round out a lineup of more than a half dozen events we promote each year.

SR! Online Store

In 2001, we ran a product review of an item that no dealer wanted to stock. We realized there was a gap in what riders needed and what was available at the typical motorcycle shop, so we developed our own online store to fulfill the needs of riders beyond what they could get at brick and mortar shops.
