Inland Northwest Motorcycle Show12

Highlights for the 2012 event in Spokane

The Spokane/Inland Northwest Motorcycle Show will take place at the Spokane County Fair and Expo Center the weekend of March 9th through 11th, 2012.

The show will feature local retailers carrying many established brands of bikes and 4x4s.  Exhibitors include Allsport Honda Polaris Yamaha, Lone Wolf Harley Davidson, Roundy’s Kawasaki, Empire Cycle and Powersports, Westside MotorSports, Spokane PowerSports, and Lawrence’s Cycles based in Coeur d' Alene, Idaho, which specializes in parts and restorations of classic American bikes, and URAL Russian motorcycles and sidecars. Custom motorcycle builders and vendors include Customs by Jim and Rooster Cycles, among others.

Sound RIDER! will once again present a series of informative seminars focused on riding in the Northwest and improving riding skills. See more details below.

Members of the "High Ridaz” motorcycle stunt riding group Demian Petretti, Bryon Petretti and Pat Manzi will be performing. The High Ridaz were formed in 2004, and the group performs at venues all over the inland Pacific Northwest. The stunt riding group will perform their shows every two hours during all three days of the show.

For those wanting to do a bit of "stunt riding” on their own, radio station KNOW (NOW FM) will sponsor video motorcycle racing, allowing participants to ride a virtual motorcycle on a video race course, while minimizing the potential for road rash.

Another local radio station, KKZX, will sponsor the "Westside MotorSports Bike Off,” where listeners pick their favorite custom bike via photos posted on the station’s website. The top twenty bikes picked on the website will be entered into the contest at the motorcycle show, and the first, second and third place bikes will be chosen from a panel of judges. Vote for the bikes at http://www.kkzx.com.

The NW Classic Antique Motorcycles Club will be presenting vintage bikes owned by the club’s members.

Registrants signing up at the Toyota truck display will be entered into a drawing for a $100 gas card, and a new name will be drawn for a gas card every two hours of the show.

The address of the Fair and Expo Center is 404 N. Havana St. #1, Spokane, WA.  Hours for the show are Friday; 4PM to 9PM, Saturday; 10AM to 8PM, and Sunday; 10AM to 4PM.  Make plans to be there! More information is available at http://www.spokanemotorcycleshow.com/
